University of Port Harcourt, UNIPORT pre-degree programmes application form in the faculties of Education and Humanities is out for the 2016/2017 academic session.The Programme is for a period of one year (one academic session).

 UNIPORT PRE-DEGREE ADMISSION METHOD OF APPLICATION.

Application Forms can be obtained online on payment of a non-refundable fee of N11, 000.00 (Eleven Thousand Naira Only). Applicants should log on to www.uniport.edu.ng. Click on Application Procedure for more information.
The names on candidates’ O’ Level Certificates must be the same as what is filled online. Any false information given automatically disqualifies the applicant.
Closing Date: Sale of application form for the Pre-Degree Programme (Faculties of Humanities and Education) has been extended  to Thursday, 17th November, 2016.
Aptitude Test: Subsequently, the University aptitude test to screen candidates into the programme is rescheduled for Saturday, 19th November, 2016.
NOTE WELL: All candidates wishing to transit to the Degree Programme, in addition to the required 5 Credits, must
1.   Pass the prescribed Pre-Degree examinations
2.   Have the appropriate Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) subject combination and
3.   Must have the National Minimum Score in the 2017/2018 UTME and must have chosen University of Port Harcourt.

KSU Direct Entry Admission Screening Form is Out – 2016/2017

Kogi State University, KSU direct entry admission screening exercise application form for the 2016/2017 academic session is out.
This is to inform the general public and especially direct entry candidates who made the Kogi State University (KSU) their first choice  that the Direct Entry admission screening application form for the 2016/2017 academic session is now on sale.

KSU Direct entry screening exercise shall be CBT. The computer Based test (CBT) will hold between 6th Tuesday October, 2016 and Wednesday 7th October, 2016.

Candidates who made the university their second choice need not register for the screening exercise. Candidates, parents, guardians and the public are to note that ability to read and click or move the mouse on the computer are the only requirements for the screening exercise.

KOGI STATE UNIVERSITY DIRECT ENTRY ADMISSION SCREENING REQUIREMENTS.

  • -Only candidates who complete the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Direct Entry Form and have the following qualifications are eligible to participate in the screening exercise.
  • Candidates with requisite minimum of 5 O-level Credit Passes including English Language (and mathematics for the programmes in the faculties of Natural Science, Agriculture and some programmes in the faculties of Social Sciences and Education) at not more than 2 sittings;
  • Candidates with A- Level General Certificate in Education (GCE) with not less than C grade in at least 2 subjects relevant to the candidate’s course of study;
  • Candidates with National Certificate in Education (NCE) with not less than 10 points in subject areas relevant to the Candidate’s Course of Study
  • Candidates with Diploma OR Ordinary National Diploma (OND) Certificates with a minimum of Upper Credit in subject areas relevant to the Candidates’ course of Study;
  • Candidates with Higher National Diploma (HND) Certificate with a minimum of Lower Credit in subject areas relevant to the Candidate’s course of study;
  • Interim Joint Matriculation Board (IJMB) of Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria (A- Level) with mot less than C grade in at least 2 subjects areas relevant to the Candidate’s course of study.
  • Any other Advanced Level qualification recognized for admission onto Nigerian universities.

HOW TO APPLY FOR KSU DIRECT ENTRY ADMISSION SCREENING.

KSU direct entry registration portal is http://portal.ksu.edu.ng/.
Click on the “2016/2017 Direct Entry Admission Screening” at the left side.
Candidates must have valid email addresses and phone numbers before starting the application procedure.
KSU Direct Entry Screening Registration Fee Payment procedure:
  • Candidates will be expected to pay into KSU screening account N2,500.
  • All payment will be strictly done using our online college pay platform by using any bank ATM card on the portal.
  • Candidates will be required to upload a scanned copy of their passport photograph (file size: not more than 20KB with Red background.
  • Candidates are to upload their O-level results accordingly with minimum of two sittings. Any forgery of result renders admission void.
  • Candidates are to print out their registration slip after completion
  • Candidates MUST print out the Registration Slip in Colored

Kano University of Science and Technology (KUST), Wudil is invites suitably qualified candidates to its 2016/2017 academic session admission screening exercise.

KUST ADMISSION ELIGIBILITY.

Candidates (including Direct Entry) who have chosen KUST, Wudil and have at least lower credit at National Diploma and a minimum of seven (7) point in NCE or IJMB. Likewise, candidates who choose KUST, Wudil and scored 180 in the 2016 Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination .

HOW TO APPLY FOR KUST ADMISSION SCREENING.

1. The candidate should visit any zenith bank plc branch and make payment of non-refundable fee of N2,500 to Account Number 1130019452 and then collect PIN from the cashier at the bank.
2. The candidate should then visit the University website www.kustwudil.edu.ng
3. On the home page, click Admission, then follow the steps to fill in the application form then print the aknowledgement slip

INFORMATION TO NOTE 

1. The period for payment at the bank for registration will commence on Monday 26 September and close on Friday 14 October 2016
2. Period for online registration and printing of acknowledgement slip will commence as from Monday 26 September and close by midnight of Sunday 16 October 2016
3. The screening exercise is scheduled to hold from Wednesday 26 to Friday 28 October 2016 at the university campus wudil by 9:00am on each day
4. The candidate should come along with the original and photocopies of the documents
5. The candidate should note that the only those who have registered within the stipulated period and they have attended the screening exercise will be considered for admission.
